深圳市机械行业协会成立于1986年，是由深圳及周边地区机械企业共同组成的行业组织，是深圳市政府批准的首批行业协会，拥有1400多家会员单位。其中国家级高新技术企业200余家，上市企业50余家，产值超过10亿的50余家，涌现出一大批有担当有工匠精神的企业家，为深圳经济腾飞和深圳制造走向世界作出了不可磨灭的贡献。
